In the face of the impact of COVID-19's epidemic in 2020, AIT Events- the Organizer of IG CHINA 2020 (22nd Edition since 1999), stood its ground and paid close attention to the impact of the epidemic on the exhibition industry and the latest prevention and control policies. At the same time, maintain timely communication with the Hangzhou International Expo Center. With the improvement of the current domestic epidemic prevention and control situation, IG CHINA 2020 will be staged at Hangzhou International Expo Center on September 22-23 as scheduled.
Although affected by the epidemic of COVID-19 after the Spring Festival this year, the interest of booking booths by exhibitors has not abated. By the time of this writing, 110 exhibitors have signed their booth contracts, of which 80% have participated in the exhibition for many years in a consecutive record. The scale of this year's exhibition will exceed 10,000 square meters. At present, the exhibitors registered are the leading enterprises in the industrial chain, such as ASU, pressure vessels/cylinders, gas analysis instruments, pumps & valve fittings, gas transportation equipment and so on.
Concurrently with the exhibition, the "Anti-epidemic Donation Award" --award ceremony of the "Oscar" Award of the Chinese gas industry was jointly organized by the China IG Member Alliance (CIGMA) and China Hospital Association. This selection and award activity, with the theme of "National Combat against Epidemic with Gas Players’ Support", aims to demonstrate the mission, boldness, responsibility and public welfare spirit of gas players in China, and focuses on commending the relevant units that have made outstanding contributions to the fight against the epidemic.

In order to help Chinese exhibitors of meeting their exporting partners and trade visitors, AIT Events will also use live broadcast platform via Internet to provide a "Gasonline Purchasing Meeting" during the Show. This is the first trial of "one-to-one" procurement and B2B services for international registered trade visitors.
