Mr. Zhao Dawei, Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Oxygen, Mr. Huang Anting, Assistant to the General Manager, and Mr. Lu Tingfeng, General Manager of the sales center, jointly pressed the starting ball for shipping. All of a sudden, the transport vehicle composed of 216 wheels rolled smoothly, carrying the recumbent cold box slowly to the transport ship waiting on the river, and will soon go directly from the Yangtze River to the Zhejiang Petrochemical Green Petrochemical Base of Zhoushan Yushan Island in the East China Sea.
At the beginning of the new year in 2019, Hangzhou Oxygen won the trust of users by virtue of its strong R & D and manufacturing capabilities shown in the four sets of 83,000m³/ h air separation projects in the first phase of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company,as well as the excellent work of the executive team and service team. Zhejiang Petrochemical Company won the bid for the 40 million tons / year refining and chemical integration project of the second phase of four sets of 105,000m³/h air separation project contract.
Zhao Dawei said "In the past, the cold boxes of large-scale ASU were all manufactured by manufacturers and then shipped to the project site for assembly, but now they are completed in an integrated production in the factory and then transported to the site, which can better ensure the quality and technical specifications of equipment production. it can also avoid the limitations of on-site assembly site and construction technology, and greatly save project construction time, which is the most important feature of integrated air separation equipment. The assembly type will be one of the key directions for the development of Hangzhou Oxygen air separation equipment during the 14th five-year Plan period."
He continued his comment:” the completion of the manufacture of the world's largest full-packed air separation cold box has proved the strength of Hangzhou Oxygen technology, manufacturing, quality, service and other aspects, and has also promoted the air separation equipment to enter the international market in a great stride. Russia's 74,000m³/h integrated air separation project, which won the bid last month, is a good example.
