Air Liquide’s renovation and expansion works at its Campus Technologies Grenoble are one step closer to completion, with the industrial gas giant today (10th March) confirming that buildings one and two have been finalised.
Due to be completed in 2022, the site will gather 1,200 employees and will be used to design and manufacturer innovative high-tech solutions for the rising deep tech and energy transition markets.
“This new Campus offers a stimulating working environment for our employees, which is favourable to the development of talents,” said Emilie Mouren-Renouard, Member of the Air Liquide Executive Committee, in charge of Innovation, Digital and IT, Intellectual Property and Global Markets & Technologies World Business Unit.

With this new campus, we will be able to accelerate the design, the industrialisation and the fabrication of technological solutions for our customers in the deep tech and energy transition markets, in line with our strong commitment to sustainable growth.”
The Campus Technologies Grenoble was founded back in 1962 in Sassenage (Isère) and serves customers worldwide, particularly in the areas of aerospace, space, extreme cryogenics for scientific research and industry, and new energies such as hydrogen and biomethane.
Today, as part of its new plans, Air Liquide is aiming to achieve BREEAM certification at the site, a certification standard for the environmental assessment of buildings. Buildings located at the site are designed to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
