Messer today (19th Nov) said it has completed the acquisition of its rival Air Liquide’s entities in Slovakia.
As a result, Messer has expanded its distribution network in Slovakia by a further nine distribution centres for cylinder gases and is further strengthening its leading position in the Slovakian industrial gases market.
Messer has been active in Slovakia since 1990 and today supplies industry throughout the entire country, including companies in the automotive sector, the food industry, engineering, the glass industry, the steel and metal processing industry as well as medical facilities and institutions.
