Harris Products Group is now offering a variety of flexible hoses for the transfer of high purity compressed and liquefied gases to better serve the needs of gas distributors and its customers.
The “pigtail” hoses are available in the most popular lengths and ¼” and 1/8” end fittings, ranging from 24 inches to 12 inches in length.
To meet a variety of application, Harris is offering pigtails constructed of either stainless steel or stainless steel braided with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
“We developed this line of pigtails specifically for distributor customers who need to maintain a high degree of purity of the gas they are using,” said Harris National Sales Manager Matthew Paradiso.
“We have pigtails for a variety of gases including nitrogen, helium and hydrogen, so we can provide convenient, versatile customer solutions, and most importantly, when they have special needs, we can and will deliver custom solutions.”
Each pigtail is oxygen cleaned per CGA G4.1. Upon request, Harris will custom design other pigtail hoses.
